Durable Electric Power (Durable) is a privately owned power trading firm located in Houston, Texas. Durable focuses on trading financial products in electricity markets that use locational marginal pricing (LMP). We are participants in markets such as CAISO, ERCOT, ISO-NE, MISO, NYISO, PJM and SPP.

 

The employees of Durable possess a broad range of experience, including: risk management, trading, asset management, electrical engineering, system development and quantitative analysis.

 

Durable supports the continued deregulation of the power industry and provides valuable industry input from a financial marketing perspective through its membership on various ISO/RTO committees.
